The Automotive Detailer is responsible for making vehicles look neat and clean both inside and out, as well as applying undercoating rustproof; checking that the car instrumentation is in working order; and checking the paint job for problem areas. Using a variety of cleaning equipment and products, the Automotive Detailer has an eye for cleanliness and inspection.
Major Areas of Responsibility
• Cleaning vehicles including vacuuming, washing the exterior, air blowing, and shampooing.
• Using good manual dexterity to apply decals, transfers, stencils and other types of identification to finished paint work.
• Following the company procedures to inspect all vehicle instruments, i.e. radio, lights, antenna, fluid levels, clock, etc.
• Polishing vehicles including waxing and buffing.
• Applying undercoating and/or anti-corrosion treatments when required.
• Washing the car engine when instructed to do so.
• Ensuring customers’ personal items are not removed from the car.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
• 1 to 5 years related detailing experience.

The Automotive Service Technician will inspect, diagnose, repair and service mechanical, electrical and electronic systems and components for vehicles. He /she also performs major repair and replacement of mechanical units on newly assembled motor vehicles.

· Main work on suspension and alignment of vehicles that have been involved in automotive collisions.

Well-established auto collision in Midtown Toronto is seeking a full-time Lot Attendant.
Job Description
∙ Clearing the front parking at the start of every shift.
∙ Tagging keys for each vehicle.
∙ Working with Partner dealerships and customers arranging pickups/drop offs.
∙ Ensuring customers’ personal items are not removed from the car, and notifying Repair Planning.
∙ Supervisor of valuable left in the car so they can be cataloged. i.e. expensive glasses, money, coins, jewelry, electronic devices, transponders, etc.
Major Area of Responsibilities
∙ Driving cars to designated parking areas.
∙ Working with Repair Planning Supervisor to organize vehicles for tear-down.
∙ Assisting Front Office staff with customer requests to have access to vehicles in back parking lot.
∙ Assisting tow truck drivers with the drop-off of vehicles.
∙ Consistently checking with the Body & Mechanic Foreman / Quick Repair Foreman / Paint & Prep.
∙ Foreman to assist with the delivery of cars from the back lot to identified repair stalls.
∙ Following company standard operating procedures(SOP’s), especially for responsibilities specific to the Lot Coordinator.
∙ Keeping the front and back parking lots organized, tidy and void of any hazardous materials/situations.
∙ Assuring a client’s vehicle is not compromised while on company property prior, during and after repairs.
